We (The owners and staff) have over 20 years of experience in the coffee business. We have staff based at the buying side of the world; we know what it means to be a customer as well. We are great in communication and timely delivery. We work closely with our community so this would give our customers to participate in community problem solving. We care about our community – creating jobs for women and benefiting OVCs from our proceeds and fulfilling our Corporate Social Responsibility
Coffee Culture Coffee Export Private Limited Company is established by Yordanos Jembere, the General Manager, in 2012. CCCE is a legally established firm according to the Ethiopian commercial law. The company is called Coffee Culture in recognition to the amazing significance and diversity of coffee and its cultures from the farmland in rural Ethiopia to the best coffee shops in the world.


Yordanos Jembere (Mrs.), General Manager
Yordanos Jembere (Mrs.), General Manager of Coffee Culture, draws on her traditional coffee farming family background combined with several years of firsthand experience working with coffee farmers' cooperatives in Oromia and Southern Nations Nationalities and Peoples (SNNRP) regions of Ethiopia. Martin Zuch (Mr.) – Marketing and Communications Director (Europe)
Martin has over 20 years experience in Fund Management and has co-founded and funded a number of successful Hedge Funds that manage private and corporate funds. He started his career in the City of London in 1987, with Merrill Lynch in private banking, trading financial instruments on behalf of high net worth individuals and corporate clients. Martin is currently involved in a number of businesses in Africa including a huge inland fishing and beekeeping operations in Zambia and minerals including copper, gold and diamond. Martin is also founder, trustee, and director of Give Hope International which helps hundreds of children in Zambia and Ethiopia. Martin completed a Master of Science in Community Wellbeing in Disaster and Development. He is currently based in Newcastle, UK and travels to Ethiopia regularly.

Bezawit Alemu (Ms.) – Accounts Manager
Bezawit has a BA degree in Accounting and extensive work experience in corporate accounts management.
Beza Zebene(Ms.)- Quality Control
Beza is a certified cupper ( Q grader). She has over four years of experience with local and international companies.
